We want to express our thanks to God for all the folks that helped with our adoptions, most recently, Samantha Lagoy (photo of the Lagoy family here) and Bonnie Matras (photo of Bonnie & her Dad) who watched our children while we were in Brazil from 19-October-2005 to 2-December-2005 adopting Jaqueline, Jussara, Janaína, and Chico. Samantha and her sister Stacy also watched our children in 2002 when we went to Russia to adopt little Hannah. Jon and Shera Camuso watched our children when we went to Russia in January 2002 to meet Hannah, and provided support as needed for Samantha and Bonnie while we were in Brazil. When we went to Russia in 1998 to adopt Sarah, we left Rachel, Daniel, and newborn Rebekah with the Lagoy family. 

We are so thankful for the love and care our children have received from Bonnie, Samantha, the Lagoy Family, Jon & Shera, the Sawyers, the Ojalas, and the Davids. We could not imagine how we could have brought our children home without their love for our family and their dedication to God. 

We have also received much spiritual, logistic, and material support from the Apostolic Lutheran community, for which we are eternally grateful.
